Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations Policy

At Sallyโ€™s Cop Shop, we are committed to your satisfaction. We stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly refund or replace any defective item, as well as most non-defective items, according to the policy below.


Return Authorization

All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved.

You may also complete the Returns Form located on the back of your receipt.
When returning your package, clearly mark โ€œRETURNโ€ on the outside of the box to ensure proper processing.


Returns

  • We will issue a full refund for any non-clearance item returned in original, unworn condition (less shipping charges).
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  • Items must have original tags attached and show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • No returns will be accepted for:
    • Customized items (with names, locations, or agency logos/lettering)
    • Decorated Prestige brands such as 5.11, Under Armour, Vertx, Propper, and First Tactical products
    • Clearance or final sale items
    • Leather or apparel items that have been worn or show use

Exchanges

  • We will gladly exchange any non-clearance item in original condition (shipping charges not included).
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
  • No exchanges or cancellations are accepted for items customized with names, locations, or agency logos/lettering.

Defective Items

We take pride in the high quality of our products.
If you receive a defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • We will provide a replacement at no additional charge (including shipping).
  • If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
  • All approved returns will ship via UPS Ground, unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellations

  • Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • If your order has already been processed, a 20% cancellation fee may apply.
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing and include your name and order number.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
